Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker on Switch 2: free upgrade, file size and performance
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a 2018 Switch 1 puzzle game that runs on Switch 2 with a free update, so there is no paid upgrade pack. At 1.6 GB it is one of the smallest games you can install, which makes it an easy pick to keep on the console permanently. The Switch 1 cartridge holds the full game and works in a Switch 2. Two players can play together on one console, which makes it a relaxed co-op game for younger players. Its short, self-contained levels also suit handheld play in short sessions. Spanish is one of its nine languages.
