HITMAN World of Assassination - Signature Edition on Switch 2: file size and cartridge format
HITMAN World of Assassination - Signature Edition was a Switch 2 launch game (June 5, 2025) and includes IO Interactive's full reboot trilogy. At 55.2 GB it is a big install, and the boxed copy is a Game-Key Card, so all of it downloads. According to GamingBolt's review, the main campaign missions are playable offline, but the mission challenges and many side activities need a connection. It renders at 1080p docked and 720p handheld with a frame rate that doesn't hold 60 FPS; without VRR on a TV it shows micro-stutter, so handheld mode, which has VRR, is the smoother way to play. There is no Joy-Con 2 mouse or gyro aiming.
