Nintendo Switch Sports Resort is a Switch 2 exclusive released on October 22, 2026, with 12 motion-control sports: Archery, Basketball, Boxing, Tennis, Bowling, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Golf, Thumb Wrestling, Prop Plane, Skateboarding and Power Cruising. Skateboarding can also be played with the Joy-Con 2 mouse controls. Up to four people can play on one console; online play (Nintendo Switch Online required) covers 2 to 16 players, and friend lobbies hold up to eight, two per system. The boxed version is a full cartridge and the install is 10.3 GB. My Nintendo News' review says it runs at 4K in TV mode; Nintendo hasn't published frame-rate figures.
