Pokémon Pokopia on Switch 2: file size and cartridge format
Pokémon Pokopia is a cozy life sim: you play as a Ditto that copies moves from other Pokémon, such as Bulbasaur's Leafage or Lapras's Surf, to reshape a barren world, then craft furniture, grow crops and help Pokémon with requests. It came out on Switch 2 on March 5, 2026. The install is only 6.8 GB, but the boxed copy is a Game-Key Card: the cartridge holds a key and the game downloads the first time you play. Up to four players can build together over local wireless or online (Nintendo Switch Online required), and GameShare lets friends on an original Switch join a session. A paid Expansion Pass ($34.99) adds content in three parts.
